At Nilanzia, we take care to pack and deliver our jewellery, gift-ready combos, and gift hampers with attention and care. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with Nilanzia, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only in the following cases:
You received a damaged product.
You received a wrong product.
You received a product with a clear manufacturing defect.
An item is missing from your order or gift hamper.
The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered:
Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
Customised gift hampers
Personalised greeting cards
Products with customised names, messages, or notes
Used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered products
Products without original packaging, tags, cards, boxes, or accessories
Sale, clearance, or discounted items, if mentioned as non-returnable
Products damaged due to improper use, rough handling, water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, sanitizers, or moisture exposure
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
For all claims related to damaged, missing, or wrong products, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video should clearly show:
The unopened outer package
The opening of the package
All items received inside
The damaged, missing, or wrong product clearly visible
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
4. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

5. Return Approval
Once your request is reviewed, Nilanzia will decide whether the product is eligible for:
Replacement
Exchange
Store credit
Partial refund
Full refund
The final decision will depend on the condition of the product, evidence provided, and the nature of the issue.
Nilanzia reserves the right to reject claims that appear false, incomplete, delayed, or not supported by proper evidence.
6. Condition of Returned Products
Returned products must be:
Unused
Unworn
Undamaged
In original packaging
With all tags, boxes, cards, accessories, invoices, and free gifts, if any
If the returned product is found used, damaged, incomplete, or different from the approved claim, the return or refund may be rejected.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping will be handled as follows:
If the product is damaged, defective, wrong, or missing due to our error:
Nilanzia may arrange reverse pickup where service is available, or we may ask you to ship the product back to us. In such cases, return shipping cost may be reimbursed after verification.
If return or exchange is requested for any other approved reason:
The customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Please do not send any product back without approval from Nilanzia.
8. Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within [7-10 business days].
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that banks, UPI providers, wallets, or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
9. Replacement and Exchange Timeline
If your exchange or replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be shipped within [3-7 business days], depending on stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, Nilanzia may offer:
A similar product of equal value
Store credit
Refund
Option to choose another product by paying the price difference, if applicable
10. Gift Hampers and Customised Orders
Gift hampers are curated with care. However, due to stock availability, minor changes in hamper contents, packaging style, colour, or decorative elements may occur while maintaining the overall theme and value.
Customised gift hampers, personalised cards, and custom message products are generally not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, unless:
The product is damaged on arrival
A wrong item is delivered
Customisation error happened from Nilanzia’s side
Customer-submitted spelling mistakes, incorrect names, wrong messages, or wrong occasion details will not be considered Nilanzia’s error.
11. Jewellery Care and Damage Disclaimer
Fashion jewellery and plated jewellery require careful handling.
Nilanzia is not responsible for damage caused by:
Water exposure
Sweat
Perfume
Moisture
Chemicals
Sanitizers
Harsh cleaning
Rough handling
Improper storage
Regular wear and tear
Please follow jewellery care instructions provided with the product or mentioned on our website.
12. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed, shipped, or customised.
Once an order is shipped or customised, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

Nilanzia reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect details, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or technical errors. If payment has already been made, a refund will be processed as per this policy.
13. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer package looks visibly damaged, tampered, or opened at the time of delivery, please record a video and take photos before opening it.
You may also choose to refuse the delivery if the package appears heavily damaged or tampered.
Please inform Nilanzia immediately with photos and video evidence.
14. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but not received within the expected timeline:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your card issuer, bank, UPI app, wallet, or payment provider.
3. Wait for the standard bank processing time.
