At Nilanzia, we carefully pack and ship our jewellery, gift-ready jewellery combos, and gift hampers so that they reach you safely and beautifully. Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

By placing an order with Nilanzia, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Shipping Locations

Nilanzia currently ships orders across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. If international shipping is available at the time of your order, the applicable shipping charges, delivery timeline, customs duties, and taxes will be shown or communicated separately.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within [1-3 business days] after successful payment confirmation.

For customised products, personalised greeting cards, gift hampers, festive hampers, bulk orders, or made-to-order packaging, processing may take [3-7 business days] or longer depending on the order details.

Orders are not usually processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.

3. Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro cities: [3-6 business days]

Other cities and towns: [5-9 business days]

These timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier partner, delivery location, weather, festivals, public holidays, strikes, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Nilanzia may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, offers, or minimum order values from time to time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch or the issue is caused by an error from Nilanzia.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your registered contact details.

Customers are responsible for checking tracking updates and being available to receive the package.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

Full name

House/flat/building number

Street/locality

City

State

PIN code

Landmark, if needed

Correct phone number


Nilanzia is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, return to origin, or extra shipping charges caused by incorrect address, incomplete address, wrong PIN code, wrong phone number, or customer unavailability.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make delivery attempts as per their internal policies. If the customer is unavailable, unreachable, refuses delivery, or does not coordinate with the courier partner, the order may be returned to Nilanzia.

In such cases:

Re-shipping charges may be applicable.

Original shipping charges may not be refunded.

Refund, if applicable, may be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.


8. Delayed Delivery

While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Courier partner issues

Weather conditions

Natural disasters

Public holidays

Festivals or high order volume

Strikes or transport disruptions

Government restrictions

Incorrect customer details

Remote location serviceability

Payment or verification issues


Nilanzia will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Damaged or Tampered Package

If the package appears damaged, opened, torn, wet, crushed, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

Take clear photos of the package before opening it.

Record an unboxing video from the beginning.

Inform Nilanzia within [24 hours] of delivery.

Share your order number, photos, and video evidence.


If the package is severely damaged or visibly tampered with, you may refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

Claims without proper photos or unboxing video may not be accepted.

10. Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Items

If you receive a missing, wrong, or damaged item, please contact us within [24 hours] of delivery with:

Clear photos

Unboxing video

Description of the issue


After verification, Nilanzia may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund as per our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Gift Hampers and Packaging

Nilanzia takes special care in packing gift hampers and gift-ready jewellery combos. However, minor changes in ribbon, filler, decorative elements, card design, box shade, or hamper arrangement may occur due to availability, courier safety, or packaging requirements.

We try to maintain the overall theme, quality, and value of the hamper.

12. Prepaid Orders

Nilanzia may primarily accept prepaid orders through authorised payment methods such as UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or other available payment options.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation.

13. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may or may not be available depending on Nilanzia’s current policy, product type, order value, delivery location, or fraud-risk checks.

If Cash on Delivery is not available, customers must place prepaid orders through available payment options.

14. Bulk Orders and Corporate Gifting

Bulk orders, corporate gifting orders, festive gifting orders, and customised hamper orders may have separate shipping timelines and charges.

Delivery for such orders will depend on product availability, packaging requirements, quantity, customisation, and courier serviceability.

15. International Shipping

If Nilanzia offers international shipping in the future, customers may be responsible for:

Import taxes

Local taxes

Courier handling charges

Any other charges levied by the destination country


Nilanzia will not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or international courier processes.
